Great store if you've been on the hunt for a marketa in the city. They have everything I've been looking for to make Mexican food. Only downside is the parking situation but its just the typical SF parking experience, there's a few bus stops near by. Carnicería in the back and they have prepared masa available. I called ahead to ask if they had something I needed in stock, and they were friendly and answered all my questions. Primarily spoke Spanish so figure that out if you don't speak the language.

This is a nice grocery store. It does not look like much on the outside, but they sell all kinds of stuff. They have a large selection. They sell Mexican pastries, fresh and canned goods, fruits, sandwiches and burritos. They also sell hot tamales for under 2 dollars. It comes in four versions, pork, chicken, sweet corn, and beef. The place looks clean and well run. I usually go there for their hot tamales. Only negative is that they sell Diet Coke, but no Diet Pepsi (20 oz bottles).
